If you lost your card abroad, contact us, we will block it right away.

How we protect you
To keep track on your Accounts, Credit and Debit Cards, our SMS Card Alert Service notifies you about your card transactions via SMS alerts straight to your mobile phone for each transaction or withdrawal attempt made at any ATM or through any POS.
What happens next?
We will protect your account by blocking immediately your lost or stolen card, and sending you a replacement. You should receive it at your branch usually within 4 working days.
