You can borrow from a minimum of USD 10,000 without having to secure the loan with another asset. Credit Libanais finances up to 80% of the value of the property, which will be mortgaged as a guarantee.

Credit Libanais Iskan Program |

| Credit Libanais Iskan Loan Program is subsidized by the Public Consumer for Housing (PCH) to cover the cost of purchase, renovation or completion of an existing building for use as a primary residence. This loan is exempted from fees and has lower monthly installments where no collateral is required. Iskan Program is an affordable way to buy your dream home. |
