You can now apply for a Non-Immigrant Visa to the United States of America, by simply visiting one of Credit Libanais’ 62 branch network to schedule an appointment with the U.S Embassy in Beirut, Lebanon.

Once the new visa application Form DS-160 is completed, applicants should visit any of our branches, where they can pay the nonrefundable U.S. $140 application fee and receive an appointment for an interview at the Embassy.  Applicants will need to complete the DS-160 before visiting the bank.

 Application Form and Photo:

The new DS-160 form should be filled out online and a digital photo, less than 1MB, should be uploaded as part of the application process. (For photo requirements, visit the following link:  http://travel.state.gov/visa/guide/guide_3877.html)

After submitting  the new DS-160 form electronically, you will be provided with a confirmation page that includes limited biographical information, your photo and a bar code.

Applicants will need to bring with them to the interview at the Embassy this confirmation page, their passport, both copies of the bank receipt (from bank Credit Libanais), and an extra photo (see photo requirements above).

Please note: if the online application has not been completed fully and properly the applicant’s case cannot be processed and a new interview appointment will be required.

 Requirements at the branch level:

- Valid Passport;
- Visa application confirmation page;
- Application fee: USD 140;

A receipt will be provided to you fixing your appointment date at the United States Embassy.
